The consulting services included the preparation of a preliminary design, ESIA, and detailed design as well as the bidding documents, assistance during tendering and construction supervision for the network measures (incl. ca. 173 km network, ring feeder and transmission mains, ca. 7.000 house connections, two reservoirs and reconstruction of 3 mountain river intakes) and a feasibility study and conceptual design and bidding documents for the new WWTP Armavir-Metsamor (46,500 PE, incl. main pressure pipeline, sewerage pumping station).
The overall developmental objective is the creation of new jobs in the formal sector and thus contributing to the reduction of poverty in the West Bank.
